The sale of "WINGMASTER" is mainly carried out by USCREEN.TV which has its own Terms and Conditions that can be found here : https://www.uscreen.tv/terms-of-service/

Any Internet user can read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website www.wingmaster.io. As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to modification, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date your order is placed.

SUR UNE ILE/TO THE MOON SARL publishes the website (hereinafter referred to as "the site") and offers to redirect to USCREEN.TV to purchase an online Masterclass in complete security and confidentiality an audiovisual program offered in video on demand (VOD) streaming. This service is hereinafter referred to as the "Service".

The sale of the service on the site is reserved exclusively for private individuals and may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes.

Article 1 - Characteristics of the offer

The site offers informations about our Masterclass course sold by USCREEN.TV from a computer or any other object connected to the Interne. The Masterclass is avalaible in streaming, at the time of your choice and in return for the payment of a price, an audiovisual work for strictly private use, within the framework of the "family circle".

Access to VOD and to the purchase of products is provided on a permanent basis, via an external service provider "USCREEN.TV". Access to the VOD site is independent of the company SUR UNE ILE, and access is subject to periods of maintenance and upkeep, server updating operations and possible exceptional interruptions independent of the company SUR UNE ILE.



1.1 User

Any person who has fulfilled the conditions of access to the Services and who wishes to order one of these Services online is considered a User.

The User certifies that he or she has the capacity to enter into the contract to which these General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, i.e. that he or she is of legal age, has parental authorisation and is not under guardianship or curatorship. SURNE UNE ILE is not obliged to check whether these Conditions are fulfilled and is released from any responsibility in the event of their non-observance.

The User is required to read the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale when creating an account on the USCREEN platform, the placing of an order automatically implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.



1.2 Programs

The audiovisual offer is that which appears on the site at the time the User places his/her order. SUR UNE ILE reserves the right to add, delete or modify part of the programme at any time on the site, without prior notice.



1.3 Method of purchase

1.3.1 The VOD Service

Streaming" allows the viewing of any selected program either "live" or slightly delayed, as the video stream is transmitted to the computer through which the User placed the order. Once playback of the latter has begun, it may be freely watched by the User an unlimited number of times, with no time limit.

Access to the Service is made directly from the site that links to the USCREEN site.

SURNE UNE ILE cannot be held responsible for any viewing problems that may arise following this registration and will not refund any unused Programs.

SUR UNE ILE can in no case be held responsible in case of disappearance, loss, deterioration and in particular of any damage likely to alter the computer equipment as described above.

Access to the Service is provided on a permanent basis subject to periods of maintenance and upkeep, server update operations and any exceptional interruptions.



1.5 Prices

The price of the Services is the one mentioned on the site. It is expressed in euros excluding VAT. VAT is added by USCREEN during the billing process, if your resident country is in one of the EU listed by USCREEN. Orders will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force on the date the order is recorded. SUR UNE ILE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. It is an indicative price, knowing that it is the site USCREEN which carries out the marketing of the product and which thus fixes the final price of the product.

The Services offered on the site are reserved for private individuals.

Professionals, associations, freelance teachers can benefit from a written agreement from us for any diffusion other than the personal frame.

The User's banking data is encrypted and protected by a secure server by the STRIPE payment service independent of the WINGMASTER.IO website.

In order to improve the quality of its services and meet the needs of the User, SUR UNE ILE uses cookies and Google Analytics website analysis tools. No advertising cookies are installed on the site.

2.4 Use of the account

The User is solely responsible for the use of his account and password. Any connection or transmission of data made from this account will be deemed to have been made by the User and under his exclusive responsibility. Article 3 - Program Order



3.1 Order process

These steps are indicative and depend on the site USCREEN which markets WINGMASTER videos.

The order process is only valid for direct orders in the form of "gift vouchers".

Once the User has created an account on the site, he or she can place an order according to the following steps:

Choice of the program

Display of the order summary with the selected program(s) and the total amount of the order. The User can then possibly modify the list of program(s) he intends to order or cancel the order;

Entering bank details and creating an account (if the User has not yet done so);

Validation, correction or cancellation of the order.



Once the order has been validated by the User, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled. The User then receives a confirmation e-mail, summarizing the various characteristics of his order. This e-mail constitutes proof of the transaction and serves as an invoice. It is therefore strongly recommended to the User to keep and print it.
Our offers of Services and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

Once the full price of the order has been received by USCREEN, the selected programs are made available to the User. In case of technical problems relating to the viewing of the programs (for the VOD Service), the User is invited to contact USCREEN Customer Service on the USCREEN.TV website. 3.2 Method of payment

This step is managed by USCREEN

Payment is made by credit cards at the time of order entry by the site.

The User must indicate at the time of payment, in the area provided for this purpose, the number written on his card as well as its expiry date and its cryptogram.



The User acknowledges that the communication to USCREEN of the information relating to his credit card is equivalent to authorization to debit his bank account to the benefit of SUR UNE ILE up to the amount of his order, including costs and VAT. The programs of the VOD Service are neither refundable nor exchangeable.



The site is subject to a security system. No banking data is stored at SUR UNE ILE or on the site.



3.3 Withdrawal

3.3.1 Withdrawal from the VOD Service

Due to the nature of the intangible services provided by SUR UNE ILE and whose execution begins, with the User's agreement, before the end of the legal withdrawal period of seven (7) days, the User cannot exercise his right of withdrawal, in application of article L.121 -20-2 of the Consumer Code.



Article 4 - Liability of SUR UNE ILE



SUR UNE ILE publishes the site WINGMASTER.IO which links to the site USCREEN which manages the VOD part and hosts the sold program. SUR UNE ILE cannot be held liable hereunder in the event of malfunction, interruption, insufficiency of the Service or damage related to the User's equipment or to the use of the Internet network (slowdown, loss of data, viruses, intrusion, etc.), or for any other aspect affecting the sale and broadcasting of the VOD program. The User also accepts the conditions of sale and distribution specific to the VIMEO.COM site.

Hypertext links present on the site may refer the User to partner sites. SUR UNE ILE cannot be held responsible if the content of these sites contravenes the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force.



The content of the WINGMASTER program was supervised by Jérôme Canaud, professional paraglider, B.E. and trainer/instructor FFVL and Jeunesse et Sports. All information delivered in the program is professionally validated.

However, WINGMASTER is not a substitute for training provided "in the real world" by a professional instructor. WNGMASTER aims to be a complement to the continuing education of the paraglider, as recommended by professional instructors and national federations.

The Société SUR UNE ILE and Jérôme Canaud cannot be held responsible for any misuse and/or interpretation of the full or partial content of WINGMASTER by the paraglider, or for the consequences of using WINGMASTER as part of a self-study course.



Article 5 - Intellectual property

All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright as well as under intellectual property and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use subject to different provisions or even more restrictive of the intellectual property code is authorized. Any total or partial reproduction of the site is strictly forbidden.



The programs purchased on the site are reserved for private individuals for their personal use within the "family circle".

They may not be used for commercial purposes or for exploitation other than those specified by these general conditions of sale.



5.1 Particularities of the intellectual property of the VOD Service

The programs are protected by protection systems, and the User undertakes not to circumvent them, not to harm them and not to encourage third parties to perform such acts.

Article 6 - Applicable law and settlement of disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed exclusively by French law.

In the event of litigation, the French courts have sole jurisdiction (except for the marketing part which concerns the USCREEN site and its own GCS which the user should check).

The User expressly acknowledges the probative force of the electronic writing as used on the site and recognizes that the data recorded by SURNE UNE ILE is authentic and constitutes proof of all past transactions.



In case of dispute arising in connection with the Services, the User will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, with the help of a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice.
